    Hello! :) First of all, to get the elements arranged in that order, you should first install the base theme http://milkteef.tumblr.com is currently using. Unfortunately I do not know this, so I cannot answer you question fully. :) Anyway, regarding the descriptions, you can use simple html codes like <a href=”URL”>TEXR</a> and <center>TEXT</center> or <img src=”URL” border=”0”> :) Hope this helps.
